Refund Policy
The policy clearly outlines the process for requesting a refund, including any documentation or information required.
Guidelines:
Transfer: The fees cannot be transferred to any other program or person. The registration once done cannot be cancelled.
Carry forward: In any case, under some circumstances, if the person enrolled is unable to complete the program the amount will be shifted only once to the next batch or as per the discretion of the management.
The recording access of the session or re-attending will only be for missed session(s) in the previous
batch.

My Super Star Child Program
Program fee is refundable only in case parents don’t find the program effective. The mandatory factors for such cases to be considered are:
- Only within 3 days after day 2 Live session.
- Attendance in both the live sessions for such cases to be considered.
- Implementation of tools and connecting with support coaches is mandatory.
No-Limit Child Program
Program fee is refundable only in case parents don’t find the program effective. The mandatory factors for such cases to be considered are:
- Attendance in First three live sessions is mandatory for such cases to be considered.
- Conversation with the coach and implementation is mandatory.
- Implementation of tools and connecting with support coaches is mandatory.
- The refund amount decreases for requests made in subsequent weeks (after 3 live sessions).
Fun With Studies Program and 5 Week Screentime challenge
Program fee is refundable only in case parents don’t find the program effective. The mandatory factors for such cases to be considered are:
- The timeline to withdraw from the program and take refund is of initial 14 days (2 live sessions)
- Attendance in the first 2 live sessions.
- Implementation of tools, Assignment submission and participation in activity.
Goal Discovery Program
- Not eligible for a refund.
