UNLEARNING IS THE FIRST STEP OF LEARNING

Some people say parenting comes naturally to you once you become a parent.
    But does it?
Some people think that there is only one perfect approach to parenting. But can one approach apply equally to individuals who think, feel and respond differently?
Some people believe that parenting is simply about applying the lessons we learnt from our parents’ experience of raising us. But can we ignore the fact that times have changed and our children’s lives have been further complicated by pace, competitiveness and social media?
Perfect Parenting breaks the myth that parenting is not something to be learnt. Drawing heavily on his experience of working with thousands of parents and children, Sushant Kalra helps you unlearn set ways of thinking and learn a new approach to raising happy and successful children.

    FAQs

Some people say that having kids makes it easy to be a parent, but is that true? We think that being a parent means just doing what our parents did for us, but we forget that competition, social media, and a lot of other things have made our children's lives even harder.

    1. The child stays home alone and doesn't talk to anyone at school or at home.
    2. Your kids spend too much time in front of screens
    3. You and your partner don't agree on how to take care of your kids.
    4. The child doesn't want to go to school and has temper tantrums.
    5. You're tired of being a parent and don't have time for yourself.
    6. You spend all day following  up with your child's routines, like eating, bathing, and studying, and you worry about how he or she will handle life's responsibilities.
    7. You are always looking for parenting tips and tricks that work, but nothing does.

Let's say your child remains locked in his room and doesnt speak to anybody at home what do you think how will he be once he leaves home for further studies? DO you feel this behaviour is a sign of a happy child? do we know why he does what he does? We need to know the "why". To diagnose the problem you may need a support from experts and a structure which will not let you falter

Most of us believed that there is no one right way in parenting and they do parenting by default. As a parent we do our best for our children but the results are very left to chance. This program will create a system by design for you to acheive by following that design. It will give you freedom and ease in parenting. After the program you will just need 15 minutes of parenting with your children everyday and you will have highly responsible and sucessful children.

The minimum age of the child for you to start learning parenting is 2 years. But at the same time there is no such thing as starting too late. Incase you feel your child is too old to make a change, it's never too late. We have parents in our programs whose children are now parents themselves. So we would say that the right time is now! Feel free to connect with us to not let this concern come in your way

What program you need depends on the need of your family. However we have broadly two types of programs

    1. My Super Star Child Program
    2. No Limit Child Program.

There are few more programs which children and parents both can be part of:

    1. 5 week screen time challenge, Fun with Studies, Goal Discovery Sessions, Substance

Abuse Session - Trash The stash, Sex Education Workshop

      Abuse Session- Trash The stash

    SexEducation Workshop

Our programs are based on building a deep connection with the children and understanding their worlds and then figuring out what works best for our children since each child is unique. Even though we may feel that their issues are similar to that of other children their age, the real cause of those issues might be completely different than the next person. The real shift comes when we learn how to find out that cause and then it becomes much easier to find the solution. We at parwarish aim at empowering our parents in developing the skill to get to the real cause of any problem so that whatever issues may come as the child grows up you are equipped to deal with all of them. We also provide fame works that help us in dealing with specific issues such as screen addiction, eating habits and developing interest in studies but they all work on the same principles and work only once a good relationship is established with the child.

    The structure of program is:

    1. 2 week Program
    2. 2 live sessions (weekends 10:30-1:30)
    3. Entirely based on practical, doable tools.
    4. Support from parent coaches after each session
    5. one on one call with the Lead Coach Mr. Sushant Kalra.

    Important Take Aways:

    1. improved connect with spouse and children
    2. Practical, doable, time-proven tools that you can use to resolve any challenges.
    3. Step-wise guide on how to develop Healthy eating habits in your children
    4. Step-wise guide on how to reduce screen-time

Here are 9 reasons, why Parwarish's parenting programs are different:

    • You are the best person for your child. This program makes you the Personal Counsellor/ best friend/ safe space for them..
    • You wont have to look out for someone to help you understand your own child emotional and mental world.
    • The program is LIVE session which is highly interactive.
    • IN between sessions, you get support from our coaches.
    • This program is "ONE FOR ALL MAGIC POTION" issues that parents face
    • The program has proven results for children of age X to Y...
    • This is NOT a PARENTING TIPS wala program but giving parents TOOLS to BLEND IT for thier child.
    • We believe every human is different thus we have created with extensive research , some "Highly Flexible/ Blendable tools" that gives you highly customised solutions even within siblings.
    • LIfe Time support structure for Alumni

This is a life long support system. Once a parwarish parent is always a parwarish parent, which supports parents and child throughout their lives. we have monthly meetings, alumni subscription plans, individual support depends on requrement and need of the parent.

We don't want to say, "You'll get it," because you'll miss out on the session's true value for both you and the child. Also because as Parwarish looks after you and your child, your presence is extremely important. If not this session, come the following month, but don't rely on the recordings.

Every parent wants the best for their child. However, because there is no formal guidebook or guideline, we learn the harder way i.e. by trial and error. Parwarish made this structure with years of hands-on experience and thorough study, working with numerous stakeholders like teachers, psychologists, and parents themselves, and successfully put it together as a smooth process that parents will undoubtedly resonate with and will be able to create that in their homes

One of the key intention of our program is to create an intimate bond between you and your child, which would get created when you are able to support them through this difficult situaton too. Issues, concerns and difficulties will keep coming up in our life and as a parent we would always want our child to approach us in case of any concern. So this process of learning this skill is not a one time fixing of the issues – but you learning the skill that will make you their friend philosopher and guide for life

In Parwarish we do not address specific issues, because we do not believe in quick fixes to each and every issue that a parent might be facing at the moment. We go deeper into why the child behaves the way they do:

    • The behaviour is just the symptom of an underlying core issue.
    • To be able to get to the core issue we have to first build a connect with the child.

Once that connect is formed the parent becomes empowered to get to the core of any issue the child presents and resolve it. So the process is all about learning and implementing tool which will help us in building a deep connection with our children which in turn will help us in getting to the core of each and every unique issue that a parent or child can come up with.

The two programs (My Super Star Child and No Limit Child program) are specifically for parents to nurture their child and bring the best potential in them. We have councellors for children, everything will be taken care of later. Also, we do have separate programs for children which children and parents both can be part of:

    1. 5 week screen time challenge,
    2. Fun with Studies.
    3. Goal Discovery Sessions,
    4. Substance Abuse Session - Trash The stash
    5. Sex Education Workshop

The system is designed to work with the families. Your child is a human, we work on a human being irrespective of their age. Also you are a parent for life and they'll be your children. It will develop an intimate connect within the family and then builds on to make your children responsible for life. The program builds the system. This will help in their relationship, carrier, life everything.

Yes definitely! single word is itself is a very strong word. You are raising your child single, you are a strongest pillar in his/her life. Your child and parwarish proud of you. You can give yourself a tap on your back. taking a decision and coming for help in parwarish is always a good idea. It will definitely work, there’s nothing in this world you cannot accomplish. Now you and parwarish will make this work together.

Yes! It is effective for an adopted child. Before we proceed, could you please tell me about your concerns about the adopted child? This programme is about nurturing children, regardless of whether the child was born to you, adopted, or you are a carer. There are mausi’s and bua’s in our programmes who have completed the programme for their nieces and nephews. Love and care comes from heart, once we did have a person doing the programme even though he was not a parent himself, but loved his brother’s children and joined just for them. The program is all about parenting and anyone who is involved in their day to day lives can surely join this.

Our program caters all kind of family and children. How we will be able to support in his or her particular situation is by partnering with you that how you can manage it as a family in taking care of the naunses in the family. The program will take care of that but for specific needs where you want therapy or support, we would recommend intervention of a specalist there.

Well if your asking me if this program will work for you if you do this alone? Then the answer is yes. But will it be more difficult? The answer is again yes. It is a myth that parenting is only the mother’s job or even just the parent’s job, it takes a village to raise a child. But even if your spouse is not yet ready to do this program yet, one is better than none. And once they are able to see the change you have been able to make because of the program, they will start believing in the value of the program and will start supporting you through the journey. But it’s important that you be commited to the system to be able to see the shift and Parwarish promises to be on your side and make it happen.

Unlike the traditional belief that parenting is primarily a mothers job - the fact is that it takes a village to raise a child. Parents have a huge impact, however children are impacted by the teachers, grand parents, other relatives and friends too. The best is to get into this process along with your spouse. There would be alignment and a support structure at home. You would be able to support each other at times when one starts to go back to the old ways.

Having said that do single parents / one parent attends these programs - when the other is not aligned at all. The answer is YES. It takes more effort if one parent attends it.

We would recommend that we setup a call / meeting with you and your spouse and address their concerns.

Worst case scenario - compared with both the parents missing out, its always better for one parent to start the journey. The shifts you would start to make at home with children - would help in aligning your spouse

Does a missing parent impact children? the answer is yes. The impact can be varied, based on how the child looks at it and internalizes it. And yet one parent can make all the difference – it would take a higher level of effort.

Now you may first think that if my spouse isn't taking the responsibility – ‘why should I make the extra effort?’; ‘Let it be – children belong to him/her too’…

This stance is valid however this does not solve the problem. It actually accentuates it. The damage to children is only going to grow – and at the end as a parent we would be guilty that they suffered.

We would recommend that we setup a call / meeting with you and your spouse and address their concerns.

Worst case scenario – compared with both the parents missing out, its always better for one parent to start the journey. The shifts you would start to make at home with children – would help in aligning your spouse

Is it that you are worried that you don't have enough connect with your child because of the distance and you do not get to spend enough time with them and that will come in the way of your parenting? The Parwarish Child Development Model works on improving your connection and bond with your child to the extent that they will not have to think twice before coming to you with anything they might be experiencing. You'll be their go to person and the distance and time will not be barrier anymore. Even if you are away mostly, they still need your support and love to tap their no limit potential. It is a myth that parenting takes a lot of time and only the responsibility of the primary caregiver. Good Parenting can be achieved by just investing 15 minutes of your day with your children and we are going to be there every step of the way to make it possible for your family.

Whatever the concern be, you only need 15 minutes of your day to implement the Parwarish system with your child.

Would you want your child to study without a goal?

Parwarish doesn't believe and supports quick fixes because they are only temporary. As a parent community, we walk you through a process that lets you use academics complement your child's abilities and not against it. Here the focus will and always has been on the over all well being of your child up until they are mature adults to lead a happy and meaningful life.
