Building connect: Part II: Demystifying child behavior.
The ‘inappropriate’ behavior and communications of students stem from various underlying experiences, feelings, thoughts, biological and other factors. This session provides the teachers with the ability to delayer the reasons behind the behaviors and provides them with the tools to support the students out of these barriers.

Inculcating self discipline in students : Part I
The disciplining techniques we have been using so far have never or very seldom produced the desired results. The workshop aims at identifying the limitations of the externally enforced discipline and thus coaching teachers to become facilitators of creating a self-disciplining environment.
Inculcating self discipline: Part II: Building and implementing classroom rules and consequences
The session provides real time strategies and practices to manage issues around discipline by making students responsible for their actions and its consequences.

Assessing students and creating a stress free environment
Assessment of students not only creates stress for students (examinations) but also creates an unpleasant ‘task to do’ for the teachers.
